He has advised on site acquisition, land control structuring, and diligence for projects across multiple jurisdictions; represented financial institutions and tax-equity investors in real estate due diligence and remediation for project financings; and supported purchase and sale transactions involving both early-stage and operational energy and data infrastructure assets, overseeing all real estate aspects related to project company interests.
