Natalie Roy is an Associate in the firm's New York City office and a member of the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Natalie's practice includes a diverse range of complex litigation, arbitration and government-initiated investigation matters.
Natalie represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other high-stakes disputes. She has experience advising and representing clients across a range of industries in matters involving significant business, regulatory and technology-related issues.
Prior to joining Orrick, Natalie was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP in New York City. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cristinia D. Silva of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Natalie earned her J.D., with high honors, from Columbia Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
