Jacob Herz is a Managing Associate in the Restructuring Group and is based out of Orrick's New York office.
Jacob maintains a broad restructuring practice representing debtors, lenders, equityholders, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. His experience includes representing secured lenders in all phases of a transaction from structuring to enforcement. He also has significant insolvency-related litigation experience, including the commencement of involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, avoidance actions, claim resolutions, and a wide range of bankruptcy contested matters.
