    • Acted for Space Capital on its investment in the $4.31 million Series Seed financing of R3 IoT.
    • Acted for Unifonic Inc. on its $125 million Series B funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund.
    • Acted for Purple Dot Technologies on its $4 million Series Seed financing.
    • Advised VNV Global on its investment in the £12 million Series A financing of Collectiv Food.
    • Acted for a carbon insurer on their £4 million Series Seed funding round.
    • Acted for an electric vehicle charging company on its £17 million financing.
    • Acted for 9fin on its £8 million Series A financing round.

    • Acted for Glam Holdings Ltd on the sale of their business and assets trading to Magnite, Inc.
