Abby Zwick is an Associate in the New York office and a member of Orrick's Technology Companies Group. Abby's practice focuses on advising high-growth technology companies of all sizes and venture capital funds.
Abby advises high-growth companies and venture capital investors on general corporate/securities law and a broad range of financing transactions. Her practice spans the entire corporate lifecycle of companies, from formation to exit.
In addition to her private practice practice experience, Abby has a background in financial regulation and fintech. She worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York prior to law school, and during law school she interned with the Cyber Unit of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of the Assistant General Counsel for Banking and Finance.
