Her practice involves representing issuers, underwriters, lenders, sponsors, and investors in structured finance transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), rated note feeders (RNFs), and asset-backed lending facilities (ABLs).
Hannah is deeply committed to pro bono work, focusing her representation on supporting women and children seeking legal immigration status in the United States.
She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S., cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Florida.
