Evan is a patent litigator who represents clients in high-stakes matters. With a background in chemistry, Evan focuses his practice primarily on representation of innovator pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation.
He has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. Evan is also a registered patent attorney and handles inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant proceedings
Prior to becoming an attorney, Evan worked as a medicinal chemist at Gilead Sciences designing antivirals, including velpatasvir, an active component of FDA-approved products Epclusa and Vosevi.
