Darrett Drayton is a managing associate in the Charlotte office.
His practice involves representing banks and other institutional lenders and underwriters in securitization and structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on secured commercial lending facilities (both syndicated and bilateral) and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). His experience also includes CMBS and other commercial real estate-related structured finance matters, as well advising servicers on loan modifications, workouts, defaults and payoffs.
