Patrizia Pasqualini is an experienced finance lawyer who advises corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of international debt capital markets transactions, with a thorough knowledge of the EU regulatory framework and practice shaping the primary debt market.
Patrizia is Special Counsel in Orrick’s Milan office and a member of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure team.
She has deep expertise assisting clients on the issuance of a range of debt securities (including straight debt, convertible and exchangeable bonds, capital instruments, MTNs, private placements) and on liability management exercises. Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales, Ireland and a member of the Milan Bar Association, Patrizia brings an international perspective to her practice and is adept at navigating cross-border matters for clients.
She is known for her practical and collaborative approach, supporting clients through every stage of their transactions and providing tailored solutions to complex legal challenges.
