Dan’s practice focuses on complex financings for renewable energy and energy transition assets.

He represents sponsors, developers, investors, and lenders in connection with the financing of renewable power and energy transition assets throughout the U.S. Dan has a particular focus on structuring and negotiating tax-advantaged investments, which facilitate the monetization of tax credits, whether through tax equity or tax credit transfers.

He works closely with clients to structure practical, efficient financing solutions that align with commercial objectives and support continued investment in the U.S. energy market.

    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing and a separate letter of credit facility of portfolios of wind and solar energy projects in Kansas, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia with a total aggregate capacity of approximately 2,000 MW.

    • A sponsor in connection with the sale of an approximately 103 MW wind project in South Dakota.
