• Engagements

  • The underwriters, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and KeyBanc Capital Markets, Inc., in the issuance of US$3.4 billion senior lien toll revenue bonds for the Georgia SR 400 Express Lanes Project.
  • NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3 LLC in connection with a ~$457M senior forward delivery bond financing for the North Tarrant Express Segments 3A, 3B, and 3C project in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • The lenders in connection with a US$237,100,000 credit facility to refinancing a 2,540-bed, four-phase student housing community located in Texas.
  • A borrower and its subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of US$324.8 million of senior secured notes sold in a 4(a)(2) private placement and an approximately US$21 million letter of credit facility to refinance a portfolio of student housing projects consisting of over 2,200 beds.
  • A borrower and its subsidiary in connection with the internal reorganization and refinancing of a portfolio of photovoltaic solar power projects located in Georgia and California
  • Suministradora de Buses K Cuatro SpA, along with its sponsors Inversiones Kaufmann, S.A., and InfraBridge Ebus Chile SpA, in a US$344 million financing package for an electric bus fleet in Santiago, Chile. The lenders are International Finance Corporation (IFC), Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest), and Banco del Estado de Chile (BancoEstado). The project has a total estimated value of US$422 million.
  • Ferrovial Airports Holdings US Corp in the sale of its membership interest in Ferrovial Vertiports US LLC and its subsidiary, Ferrovial Vertiports Florida LLC, to Atlantic Aviation Infrastructure Corporation.
  • I-77 Mobility Partners on the issuance of US$371M in senior secured notes to refinance existing indebtedness for a managed lanes project in Charlotte, North Carolina.
  • NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3 LLC in a US$275M senior financing transaction for the North Tarrant Express in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • A sponsor and its subsidiary in a US$350 million financing of a 257.3 MWdc solar project in Texas.
  • A lender group in the restructuring and workout financing of a portfolio of solar energy projects in Alabama and Texas
  • A toll road concessionaire in the issuance of US$371 million of senior secured notes in a 4(a)(2) private placement.
  • The initial purchaser and lenders in an acquisition financing of a student housing complex.
