Hannah advises investment funds, specialty finance companies, alternative asset managers and financial institutions on complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance and specialty finance.
Acting for both lenders and borrowers, her experience spans NAV facilities, subscription lines and other bespoke fund-level and asset-backed financing structures across a broad range of asset classes and strategies. Hannah advises throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, working with clients to develop financing solutions tailored to their investment strategies and liquidity objectives.
