Shereeza is an associate in the Technology Companies Group in Orrick's New York Office.
Shereeza advises emerging and high-growth technology companies throughout their lifecycle, including on formation, corporate governance, and venture capital financings. Shereeza also represents venture capital investors in connection with their investments in private companies.
Shereeza received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where she was a New York State Pro Bono Scholar, a Ron Brown Scholar, and a Theodore T. Jones, Jr. Fellow. Prior to law school, Shereeza attended New York University as a Steinhardt Scholar and earned her B.S. in Applied Psychology, with a minor in Creative Writing.
