    • Advised a major hotel owner and developer on the acquisition of various premises for site assembly to enable the development and expansion of a prime hotel site
    • Advised a hotel owner and developer in connection with the acquisition, disposal, development and leasing of hotels within its portfolio. Creating a bespoke hotel operating lease for an off-shore propco/on-shore opco structure

    • Advised a leading social housing developer on the development (development lease and subsequent land acquisition) of a site in east London for mixed private and affordable residential units

    • Advised on the linked surrender of a lease of office space and the letting of new premises, to enable a women’s rights charity to relocate and provide continuity of its functions with minimal disruption
    • Advised a community association in West London, to enable the licensing of space within their community centre for short term use by local civic and charitable organisations
