  • Advising financial services company regarding options to enforce costs order against opposing party.
  • Advising a consortium of oil majors in a dispute with a host state concerning the commerciality of oil fields and the validity of development plans under a production sharing agreement.
  • Advising an African energy company in Commercial Court proceedings against a French energy company in relation to defective piping in water injection wells – risking serious environmental damage as well as requiring very extensive remediation works.
  • Advising a multinational technology company on potential proceedings against server providers in relation to the infringement of intellectual property rights by cybercriminals
  • Acting on behalf of an African state in respect of arbitrations concerning payments under fuel supply agreements.
  • Representing an accountancy firm in relation to investigation of and response to breaches of audit partner rotation rules on its audits of a multinational, and reporting to the FRC and other regulators as required.
