Julianne Spears is a lawyer in Orrick's San Francisco office and a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Group. Julianne's practice focuses on project development, financing and mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector, including solar, wind and gas projects.
Julianne has represented energy project developers, equipment suppliers and sponsors in the development and operation of both fossil-fueled and renewable energy projects and has also represented borrowers, issuers, lenders and investors in the acquisition, disposition and financing (including tax equity financing arrangements) of such projects.
Previously, Julianne spent ten years as in-house counsel for residential solar and home improvement financing companies, including as General Counsel of Solar Mosaic.
