Managing Associate

Kristine Jensen is a Managing Associate in the London office. She has broad experience across capital markets and financing transactions, with a particular focus on structured finance and securitisation.
Kristine advises financial institutions, originators and asset managers on transactions involving a wide range structures and asset classes, including CLOs, private warehouse facilities, ILS and a range of asset backed transactions.
Kristine received her LLB from the University of Warwick, her LPC from BPP University, and her LLM in International Financial Law from King’s College London.
