Vladimir is a member of the Structured Finance Group in Orrick’s New York office. Vladimir’s practice focuses on the securitization of financial assets focusing on public and private offerings of commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Vladimir worked in the banking industry on deals in the US, Latin American, European and Asian markets. Vladimir's work included the administration of cash flows for a portfolio of Asset-Backed Securities and Project Finance transactions and the origination and execution of corporate secured and unsecured lending facilities, and Trade and Commodity Finance deals on a bilateral and syndicated basis.
