Lara is a managing associate in the structured finance group of Orrick. Lara has experience in a range of structured finance transactions, focusing primarily on CLO and asset-backed lending transactions.
Lara advises banks, financial institutions, corporations and portfolio managers in connection with a range of securitisations, including public and private CLOs, private warehouses and a range of asset-backed lending transactions.
