Emily is experienced in advising companies and investors on a broad range of transactions, including early-stage financings, institutional funding rounds, convertible instruments, secondary transactions and general corporate advisory matters.

She is passionate about working closely with founders and investors during pivotal stages of growth, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to support their success.

    • Advised Definely on its $30M Series B round, led by Revaia, with participation from Alumni Ventures.
    • Advised Definely on its $7M Series A round led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from Cornerstone VC and Zrosk Investments.
    • Advised Just Move In on its $8M Series A round led by Eos Ventures.
    • Advised Phinxt Robotics' £2M seed round led by Sure Valley Ventures.
    • Advised on a £600k follow-on investment into a climate tech company.
