Andrew’s practice centers on advising investment banks, underwriters and issuers in various securitization and finance transactions, including collateralized loan obligations, rated feeders and syndicated or bilateral commercial lending transactions.
Andrew received his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and also holds a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University.
