Cameron advises on regulatory matters across the nuclear energy life cycle.
Cameron has supported advanced nuclear and fusion companies, fuel cycle facility owners and operators, and decommissioning companies on a variety of regulatory and commercial matters. With experience before the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), she can assist clients on nuclear project development, facility operation and decommissioning, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Prior to law school, Cameron worked for a large U.S. utility company in its public policy department and with a D.C.-based think tank focused on energy innovation. Her experience advocating for and drafting legislation to support advanced reactor and fusion energy companies gives her a unique perspective into the laws governing the nuclear sector. Cameron also completed a Fulbright fellowship in Kutaisi, Georgia (country) and maintains connections in the Black Sea region.
