Aisling’s practice focuses on representing major financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in securities and complex commercial actions, in state and federal courts across the U.S.
Aisling has extensive experience in issues arising out of the financial crisis, including a range of issues relating to residential mortgage-backed securities (“RMBS”) and lending practices. She has represented issuers and sponsors of RMBS in fraud and breach of contract cases, as well as federal and state securities actions.
Aisling has additional experience assisting private-sector and governmental clients involved in complex cross-border disputes, including national court litigation and international commercial arbitration. She has a wide range of experience in arbitrations conducted in various jurisdictions under most of the major institutional rules, including acting as counsel of record in ICC, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Rules, and ad-hoc UNCITRAL proceedings.
