Michelle is a Managing Associate in Orrick's Technology Companies Group in the Santa Monica office. She advises high-growth companies throughout their lifecycle on matters including incorporation, corporate governance, venture capital financings and exit transactions.
Michelle provides practical legal guidance tailored to the evolving needs of scaling businesses, helping them navigate critical milestones from early formation through strategic transactions. She also advises venture capital firms on their investments in high-growth companies. Michelle collaborates closely with founders, executive teams and investors to address legal complexities and pursue growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Orrick, Michelle was an associate at Fenwick & West.
