Experienced in a broad range of commercial financing transactions, Greg focuses on representing alternative lenders in leveraged finance transactions.

He advises on matters involving secured and unsecured debt, single‑lender and syndicated transactions, term and revolving credit facilities, asset-based debt financings, recurring revenue and cash flow transactions.

Greg also has deep experience in cross-border finance transactions, leveraged buyouts and debt restructurings. He regularly negotiates intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements, particularly in the technology, healthcare and software industries.

    • An agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $315 million multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional credit facility for a foreign-based ERP software services provider.
    • A lender in connection with a $160 million unitranche credit facility for a provider of data management solutions.
    • An agent in connection with a $45 million asset-based revolving facility and term loan to a global IP wireless broadband solutions provider.
    • An agent in connection with a $70 million asset-based revolving loan to a publicly held provider of energy management solutions.
    • An agent in connection with a $45 million take-private acquisition financing for a foreign global software solutions provider.
    • An agent in connection with a $62.5 million multilender working capital financing for a software solutions provider.
    • Secured institutional investors in a $30 million high-yield distressed debt refinancing.
    • An issuer of student loans in the refinancing of $400 million of auction rate securities.
