Charlotte represents clients in complex national and international arbitration proceedings and before German courts.
Educated in Germany and the U.S. and specializing in both international commercial and investment arbitration, Charlotte handles complex commercial disputes, including post-M&A litigation and supply chain disputes, representing clients under the major arbitration rules including the ICC, DIS and LCIA.
Before joining Orrick, Charlotte deepened her knowledge in German and U.S. litigation, commercial arbitration and investment arbitration by working for three other leading international law firms in Germany and the U.S.
Representing a German manufacturer in a US$100 million ICC arbitration with a US company concerning a large-volume supply contract for marine gear units
Representing the Federal Republic of Germany in arbitration proceedings under the DIS Rules, defending €700 million claims relating to the infrastructure charging system for the planned introduction of a passenger car toll system after the termination of the contract.
