Jevon is an associate in Orrick’s San Francisco office and focuses on corporate representation, with an emphasis on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and corporate governance.

Jevon’s practice includes initial public offerings, early-stage formation and corporate strategy, public and private securities offerings for issuers and underwriters (both debt and equity) as well as mergers and acquisitions.

She regularly negotiates and drafts debt and equity offering documents and ancillary agreements, and she drafts and assists with negotiation of M&A transaction documents, including merger and purchase agreements. Her practice includes the representation of public and private companies in the financial services, healthcare, hospitality and gaming, life sciences and technology, retail and consumer products, homebuilding and REIT industries with respect to corporate transactions, corporate governance matters, and disclosure and compliance obligations under federal securities laws. Her underwriting clients have included Citigroup, Credit Suisse, J. P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Prior to joining Orrick, Jevon was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
