Austin Katz is an associate in Orrick's Washington, DC office and a member of the General Litigation Practice Group.
Austin practices complex commercial and class action litigation in federal and state courts. He maintains a lively pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Orrick, Austin clerked for the Honorable Greg Gerard Guidry in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. In law school, he externed for the Honorable Roger T. Benitez in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Austin received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
