Caroline ("Grady") Grady is a member of Orrick’s Cyber, Privacy & Data Innovation group in New York, advising clients on U.S. and international privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity risks and compliance matters.

Grady assists clients in breach investigations and cybersecurity incident response, including breach notification, regulatory investigations and managing cybersecurity policies and procedures. Grady also has experience in all phases of litigation in state, federal and administrative proceedings.

During law school, Grady interned with the Honorable William E. Smith of the District of Rhode Island. She also worked in the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic, served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Boston University Law Review and received the Dean’s Award for top performance in White Collar Crime.

Prior to law school, Grady was a high school English teacher and administrator in New Orleans.
