Julia is an Innovation Attorney focusing on advancing Orrick’s innovation initiatives and enhancing legal service delivery within the Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement (SAGE) business unit.
As an Innovation Attorney, Julia provides practice support to Orrick’s SAGE lawyers, connecting them with teams, tools, and resources to better serve clients. Julia leverages her experience working with financial institutions and corporations to help SAGE practice groups deliver innovative, synthesized legal advice and optimize client service delivery. Julia also supports firm-wide efforts to increase efficiencies across business units, using her practice insights to develop best practices and support Orrick's strategic initiatives.
Prior to transitioning to her current role, Julia’s practice focused on a variety of litigation, regulatory, and investigations matters as an associate in another law firm's litigation group. She has also worked as in-house counsel for a financial institution.
