  • Advised the lenders selected by the consortium formed by Eiffage Concessions, Dalkia and RATP Solutions Ville in connection with the estimated €3.6 billion financing of the new City of Paris district heating network concession, covering the design, renewal, modernization, decarbonization, operation and maintenance of the network.*
  • Advised Orange Concessions on its €1.3 billion refinancing.*
  • Advised CMA CGM on the US$1.3 billion brownfield financing of the Port Liberty assets, comprising two container terminals located at the Port of New York and New Jersey, under financing documentation governed by the laws of the State of New York.*
  • Advised Rivage Investment on the financing of the Charge-as-a-Service project jointly developed by NeoT Green Mobility and Zeplug, aimed at electrifying residential and B2B parking facilities through a limited recourse project financing structure.*
  • Advised Kyotherm on the €200 million financing of its decarbonized heat and energy efficiency activities, structured around a diversified portfolio of European and international projects.*
  • Advised BW Ideol, as part of the consortium with EDF Renewables and Maple Power, in connection with the tender for the development, construction, operation and decommissioning of a 250 MW floating offshore wind farm in the Mediterranean, with an estimated value of €2 billion.*
  • Advised Voltalia on the financing of a portfolio of three greenfield photovoltaic projects in the United Kingdom.*
  • Advised Voltalia on the financing of a portfolio of six greenfield renewable energy assets, comprising three onshore wind farms and two ground-mounted solar plants in mainland France, together with a solar plant coupled with battery energy storage in French Guiana, held through a wholly owned HoldCo.*
  • Advised Voltalis on the financing of up to 1.4 GW of new demand response capacity under a contract for difference awarded by RTE.*
