Abigail is an associate in Orrick's Houston office and a member of the Banking and Finance Group. Abigail has experience representing both lender and borrower clients in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities in both the public and private sector. Abigail has worked on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition financings, syndicated and direct lending transactions, debt refinancings, capital call credit facilities and liability management transactions.
