Sabienne is a managing associate in Orrick’s Structured Finance practice group in the New York office. She represents borrowers, issuers, lenders, and other market participants in a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions.
Sabienne’s practice focuses on structured finance transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, forward flow loan purchases, and other asset-backed transactions. She has experience across a variety of asset-backed classes, including credit card receivables and consumer loans, commercial mortgage loans, and esoteric assets.
Prior to joining Orrick, Sabienne was a finance associate at another prominent global law firm.
