Rizwana Haque is an associate in the Structured Finance group at Orrick’s London office. She advises clients on a range of structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on CLO and ABS matters across various asset classes.
Rizwana advises financial institutions, corporations and asset managers on securitisations. She supports arrangers, issuers, portfolio managers and other market participants throughout the lifecycle of transactions, bringing a detail-driven and commercially focused approach to complex financing matters.
