Taylor Park is a managing associate in Orrick's New York office and a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group.

Taylor focuses on capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as corporate governance and securities law compliance. She also advises on transactions involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC), including SPAC initial public offerings and de-SPAC transactions.
