    • Azura Power Holdings Limited and Azura Power Limited in relation to a $200 million portfolio financing
    • Lenders in respect of a $800 million limited recourse prepayment financing for Glencore International AG for the purchase of iron ore
    • Calisen Limited, a leading owner and manager of essential energy infrastructure assets, on the £250 million revolving loan facility to refinance the company's residual facilities (term and revolving)
    • Calisen Limited, on the £225,000,000 financing through a US Private Placement for the purpose of supporting and conducting green activities
    • Rotterdam World Gateway B.V. in relation to the financing of the expansion of the container terminals under a concession granted by the Port of Rotterdam
    • Lenders in respect of working capital and capital expenditure facilities for: Welsh Water; South East Water; and Affinity Water
    • Lenders in respect of a direct agreement with respect to the Trans Adriatic Pipeline
