Aptean announced the acquisition of Dutch company FleetGO, a provider of cloud-based logistics solutions designed to meet the needs of both mid-market and enterprise fleet operating companies and logistics service providers across Benelux, DACH, France and the UK.
Aptean acquired FleetGO from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on enterprise software businesses.
Orrick advised Aptean on the transaction.
