Alhia Green and Langa International, historical shareholders of Arverne, have sold their stakes in Arverne, the leading French provider of geothermal solutions listed on Euronext Paris, to founder-CEO Pierre Brossollet through Geogreen.

Langa International is a recognized player in the development of and investment in renewable energies.
Arverne is a mission-driven company listed on Euronext Paris that works to provide sovereign, local and sustainable energy for territories and industrial companies. As a provider of geothermal heating and cooling, geothermal critical metals, drilling and works, Arverne brings together geoscience and drilling expertise to support decarbonization, sovereignty and the reindustrialization of territories.
Both Alhia Green and Langa International are historical investors in Arverne and after supporting its development from its origins, are selling their stakes to the founder-CEO, marking the completion of a successful investment cycle.
These block acquisitions form part of the broader investment by RGREEN INVEST through its equity fund INFRAGREEN V, alongside Arosco, the family holding company of Arverne's founder, with closing expected no later than July 17, 2026.
At the same time as the signing of the minority block acquisition agreements, Geogreen and Arosco signed the contribution agreement relating to the transfer of Pierre Brossollet's indirect stake in Arverne to Geogreen.
