Coupa is the leading platform for autonomous spend management. Using its community-generated dataset, Coupa brings evidence-based intelligence and autonomous AI agents to a network of over 10 million buyers and suppliers on a unified platform.
The acquisition expands automated invoicing and IDP capabilities across Coupa's portfolio, enabling autonomous spend management with agentic AI. Rossum's advanced IDP technology, powered by a specialised transactional large language model, will result in faster processing and greater data control in complex invoicing.
The cross-border Orrick team is led by Shawn Atkinson and Katie Cotton, with support from Rebecca Servian, Jonathan Rosen, Faraaz Samadi, Elizabeth Monro-Davies, James Edwards and Jacob Miller.
