Superstate Raises $82.5 Million Series B to Advance Tokenized Investment Products

Superstate has raised $82.5 million in a Series B financing led by Bain Capital Crypto and Distributed Global, with participation from Haun Ventures, Brevan Howard Digital, Galaxy Digital, Sentinel Global, Bullish, Hypersphere Capital, Flowdesk and Intersection, alongside existing investors 1kx, ParaFi and Road Capital.

THE COMPANY

Superstate is a financial technology firm bringing capital formation onto public blockchains. Their platform connects financial assets with crypto capital markets to expand access, improve liquidity and advance capital formation through on-chain public listings and tokenized investment products.

THE IMPACT

This funding will accelerate Superstate’s continued development of infrastructure to tokenize securities that are efficient, compliant and composable, powered by their SEC-registered transfer agent.
