Orrick advises RYZE on the acquisition of Solia PAREF

Orrick has advised RYZE group (formerly known as Yard Reaas) on the acquisition of Solia PAREF, a property management services company from PAREF group.

THE COMPANIES

RYZE, majority-owned by investment firm AnaCap, is a leading real estate consulting and integrated property management services company. It operates in both the institutional market and the distressed segment.

PAREF group is a leading European player in real estate, present in France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland.

THE IMPACT

The acquisition strengthens RYZE’s presence in France. RYZE entered the French market in December 2025 with its acquisition of VSA Property, on which Orrick also advised.

The transaction is part of RYZE’s active expansion strategy in European markets, supported by several successful acquisitions in recent years.

THE TEAM
