Paul Klimos Appointed to the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Future of Technology Policy

Paul Klimos, a Senior Associate in Orrick’s Corporate practice, has been appointed to the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Global Future Council on the Future of Technology Policy.

WEF’s Global Future Councils constitute the world’s premier knowledge network dedicated to promoting innovative thinking. By invitation only, the network brings together the world’s foremost thought leaders from academia, business, government, and civil society.

The Global Future Council on the Future of Technology Policy will focus on fostering responsible technology governance and regulation, advancing digital transformation, and promoting tech-enabled solutions to serve people and the planet.

Klimos is also a member of WEF’s network of experts on each of geopolitics, justice, and the future of financial and monetary systems. He was recognized by WEF as a "Global Shaper" and elected Curator of the forum’s Global Shapers Community in Silicon Valley.

In his legal practice, Klimos helps founders navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and emerging technologies, and investors evaluate, structure and manage their investments.
