Orrick advised Deel, Inc., a global compliance and payroll solutions platform, in its recent acquisition of Capbase Inc., a provider of subscription-based, direct sale to customer digital governance platform that provides back-end services for startups.
Deel plans to pair Capbase’s services with a new product dedicated to equity management and issuance to ease the complexities that come with setting up companies and growing them.
