Orrick advised ABN AMRO on its investment into fintech platform PrimaryBid’s $190 million Series C financing round. The round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from other existing investors.
PrimaryBid’s platform connects publicly listed companies with individual investors when raising capital. Proceeds of the round will be used to expand PrimaryBid’s offering across continental Europe, leveraging partnerships with ABN AMRO and Euronext, as well as launching in new geographies.
