San Francisco Office
is Orrick’s Chief Operations Officer. In
this role she works closely with the firm’s Board and Management Committee to
execute the firm’s strategy. She is responsible
for leading and directing all operational functions of the firm.
Laura has extensive
experience in global operations management, strategic planning, integration,
change management, and diversity and inclusion leadership. She has worked
closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative services to our clients, to
enhance productivity and efficiency, and to create a great place to work by building,
leading and inspiring talented professional teams.
A 12-year Orrick veteran,
with 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Laura previously served as
Orrick’s Chief Administrative Officer and, before that, as the firm’s Chief Talent
Officer and Executive Director - U.S. She helped shape and execute on the firm’s
strategies to deliver distinctive services to the tech, finance and energy
& infrastructure sectors, be a leading law firm employer, and meet client
demand for quality and value.
