Deutsch: Orrick berät SüdBG bei Beteiligung an der Janoschka Gruppe
Orrick advised Süd Beteiligungen GmbH (SüdBG) on a capital increase and participation in Janoschka Group. As a new shareholder, the Stuttgart-based in-vestment company supports the planned further growth of the internationally active group of companies.
SüdBG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) and supports fast-growing medium-sized enterprises with equity and mezzanine solutions with a focus on growth financing and business succession.
Janoschka is located in Kippenheim near Freiburg, Germany, has 1,200 em-ployees in 14 countries worldwide and in 2016 generated an annual turnover of 94 million Euro. As a full-service provider in digital printing, Janoschka focus-ses on the complete value chain, from the digital creation and optimization of print images to production.
The transaction remains subject to approval from the competition authorities.
