Orrick's Brandon Dias Named a Bond Buyer Rising Star

Congratulations to our partner Brandon Dias on his selection to The Bond Buyer's Rising Stars list which highlights leading municipal finance professionals under the age of 40. Brandon is recognized as one of the country's leading attorneys specializing in the relatively new but rapidly expanding Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing sector, where he advises governmental and private clients in structuring, establishing and implementing PACE programs across the country.

In addition to his PACE practice, Brandon has a leading not-for-profit healthcare finance practice, serving as counsel on transactions involving some of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the country, including a recent more than $4 billion transaction for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and its affiliates. Brandon also serves as counsel to numerous California public entities in connection with the financing of public infrastructure and other projects.
