Orrick Advises PG&E Corporation in $275 Million ATM Program


Orrick advised San Francisco-based energy-based holding company PG&E Corporation in its filing to sell up to $275 million of shares of common stock through a registered at-the-market (ATM) program.

The participating underwriters included BNY Mellon Capital, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities.
