Deutsch: Orrick berät die Fonds Finanz bei dem Erwerb der softfair GmbH
Orrick advised the shareholders of Fonds Finanz Maklerservice GmbH in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in softfair GmbH through the newly founded Finanzsoft GmbH.
Fonds Finanz is the largest Allfinanz broker pool in Germany, with more than 500 product partners in all sectors of financial services. More than 27,000 freelance agents trust Fonds Finanz. With this strategic takeover, Fonds Finanz’ portfolio will be expanded in the German financial services market with the aim of driving the digitization of insurance sales.
Softfair GmbH was founded in Hamburg in 1988. With offices in Hamburg, Cologne and Maisach, softfair is one of the leading providers of IT solutions in the insurance industry.
