Deutsch: Orrick berät Ardian bei Verkauf von frostkrone an Emeram
Orrick has advised French private investment firm Ardian in the sale of its stake in frostkrone Beteiligungs GmbH (“frostkrone”) to private equity firm Emeram Capital Partners. Emeram was chosen by Ardian following a competitive auction process.
Frostkrone is one of the leading providers of deep-frozen convenience food products in Europe. Ardian acquired its majority stake in frostkrone in 2012 to support frostkrone’s national and international growth strategy.
Financial terms were not disclosed by the parties.
The Orrick team advising on this transaction was led by M&A and private equity partner Christoph Brenner who has previously advised Ardian in several matters. Additional assistance was provided by partners Stefan Schultes-Schnitzlein, Till Steinvorth and André Zimmermann and associates Markus Schmid, Bernhard Schmaderer and Markus Piontek.
